About the position

Civility Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers, Personal Care Attendants, and Live-In caregivers to provide quality care in homecare settings. This part-time position offers a pay rate of $18 per hour and the flexibility to work according to your availability, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities

• Provides care such as bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, and toileting activities as necessary.
• Assists with daily tasks including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.
• Ensures that service is provided in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with agency policies and procedures and industry standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• A current, valid state certification and in good standing preferred.
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is preferred.
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile is preferred.
• Empathy for the needs of the client.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect, presenting a positive professional image.
• Ensures confidentiality and security of the client's medical information.
