About the position

Right at Home - Southern Maryland is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide personalized care to individuals in their homes. This role is essential in helping clients thrive in a comfortable environment, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients
• Offer companion and homemaker services
• Engage clients in indoor and outdoor activities
• Provide transportation for clients as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Facilitate socializing and relationship-building activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of experience with an agency, facility, or private-duty
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile
