We are committed to your success and offer a free and paid two-week training class that will prepare you to earn your Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification. Upon completion of the training, you will have the opportunity to start your career with us in an entry-level position. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include household chores, cooking and meal preparation, and assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and bathroom tasks. You will also handle cleaning and laundry, shopping and errands, and assist clients with mobility throughout their homes, including transferring clients to wheelchairs.
