• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to ensure the well-being of individuals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing personal care assistance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or facilities.
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and documenting health information.
• First aid certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.
• Understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.
