All American Assisted Living at Londonderry is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Wellness Staff team as Personal Care Aides (PCAs). As a PCA, you will provide essential personal care services, assistance, support, and supervision to our Residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a warm and engaging environment. This position offers flexibility with Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem openings available across all shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which may include bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. You will also be tasked with observing and reporting any changes in Residents' daily routines and personal care needs, allowing for timely updates to their personal service plans. Encouraging Resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key aspect of this position, as it fosters a sense of belonging and engagement within our community.
