About the position

All American Assisted Living at Londonderry is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Wellness Staff team as Personal Care Aides (PCAs). We are looking for team members who are organized, motivated, and have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our Residents. As a PCA, you will provide essential personal care services, assistance, support, and supervision to our Residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a warm and engaging environment. This position offers flexibility with Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem openings available across all shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which may include bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. You will also be tasked with observing and reporting any changes in Residents' daily routines and personal care needs, allowing for timely updates to their personal service plans. Encouraging Resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key aspect of this position, as it fosters a sense of belonging and engagement within our community. Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and engaging personal care services to Residents.
  • Assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Observe and report changes in Residents' daily routines and personal care needs.
  • Maintain and update Residents' personal service plans as needed.
  • Encourage Resident participation in community programs and activities.

Requirements

  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or have equivalent experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Caregiver.
  • Compassionate and motivated to provide quality care to Residents.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts.
