For those new to the field, we offer a comprehensive 16-hour training course at no cost, which meets the educational requirements for this position. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization.
- Travel from home to home to provide care to clients.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients to ensure their happiness and well-being.
Requirements
- Must be a trained PCA or CNA, or willing to complete a 16-hour training course provided at no cost.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record if driving for the company.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
