A Plus Health Care is seeking dedicated Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team in Whitehall, MT. Our team is currently hiring, and we have shifts available immediately that can be tailored to fit your personal schedule. In this role, Personal Care Aides will travel from client to client, assisting with various daily living activities. These activities may include meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization. We are looking for caring individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. If you are currently a trained PCA or CNA, you are encouraged to apply and can start right away if selected. For those new to the field, we provide a 16-hour training course at no cost, which meets the educational requirements for this position. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization.
  • Travel from home to home to provide care to clients.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients to ensure their happiness and well-being.

Requirements

  • Must be a trained PCA or CNA, or willing to complete a 16-hour training course provided at no cost.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record if driving for the company.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare or caregiving is preferred but not mandatory.
