About the position
Legacy Village Memory Care in Taylorsville, UT is looking to hire a full- or part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help care for our residents. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents under the supervision of the assisted living manager.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining their privacy and confidentiality.
- Serve meals to residents and ensure their nutritional needs are being met.
- Document services performed and report any significant changes in condition to the correct personnel.
- Promote residents' independence and well-being.
- Comply with all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- CNA certification is preferred, but training and certification will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent bedside manners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Good time management skills.
