The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position at Motherly Comfort Home Care LLC is a rewarding role focused on providing essential support to seniors in their daily activities. The PCA will assist clients with personal care tasks, transportation, and light housekeeping, ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities

• Help with activities of daily living, such as walking, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Transport clients to and from appointments, errands, and activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take their medication.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health and behavior.
• Address client needs with respect and attention to safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school graduate or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certified.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Covid Vaccination of at least 2 doses is recommended but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• TB test (preferred).
• Home Care Aide Registry #/Live Scan Fingerprint (preferred).
• SSN Card (preferred).
• Covid Vaccine Card (complete dose) (preferred).
• Covid Vaccine Card (complete dose with Booster) (preferred).
