About the position

The Personal Care Assistant role at SYNERGY HomeCare of Knoxville involves providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Requirements

• A genuine desire to help others and provide care.
• Ability to establish professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Punctuality and reliability in covering shifts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
