The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role at Right at Home North Phoenix / Scottsdale involves providing essential support and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Accompany clients on walks and trips to social events or appointments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a written Competency Evaluation for Personal Care Assistants.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Ability to lift at least 150 pounds with a gate belt.
