Family Care Assisted Living LLC is a family-owned assisted living home located in Anchorage, Alaska, seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). This is a live-in position where you will provide essential support to up to five individuals who require assistance with daily activities. The role is designed for those who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents through personal care and companionship. As a PCA, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, ensuring that they maintain their dignity and comfort. You will also help with meal preparation, ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and appealing meals tailored to their dietary needs. In addition to personal care, you will perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health status is a critical part of your responsibilities, as it helps ensure that they receive the appropriate care and attention they need.
