Responsibilities

• Assist with bathroom needs, including getting on and off the commode/toilet.
• Help with showering and bathing, including transferring to a shower chair or providing bed baths.
• Support dressing and undressing tasks.
• Assist with getting in and out of bed using a Hoyer Lift.
• Facilitate stretching and light exercise activities.
• Prepare light meals and assist with cooking.
• Perform light house cleaning tasks as needed.
• Do laundry when required.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Requirements

• Prior personal care experience is required.
• Strong physical ability to assist with transferring using a Hoyer Lift.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy character.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must be fully vaccinated, including boosters.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• Medical care experience is a plus but not required.
