About the position

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at our assisted living facility in Olin, NC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This full-time position requires you to provide personal care assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity while supporting their daily living activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as monitoring and recording their vital signs. You will also be responsible for administering first aid when necessary and assisting with meal preparation and feeding. In addition to physical care, you will ensure that resident rights are respected and upheld, providing companionship and engaging in social activities to foster a sense of community among residents. Light housekeeping duties will also be part of your role to maintain a clean and safe environment for all.
