About the position

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver role involves providing support and assistance to clients in the Franklin area, helping them with daily activities and promoting their independence. This part-time position offers flexible hours and requires a compassionate individual who can engage with clients in various community activities while ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Join clients on walks and fun activities in the community
• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or other errands as needed
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care tasks
• Empower clients to live independently and be part of the community

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance
• Must be able to pass various background checks
• Must be able to work every other weekend, holidays, and on-call rotation
