About the position

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver role involves providing support and assistance to clients in their daily activities, promoting independence and community engagement. Responsibilities

  • Join clients on walks and fun activities in the community
  • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or other errands as needed
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care tasks
  • Help clients achieve their personal goals and dreams
  • Empower clients to live independently and participate in community activities

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance
  • Must be able to pass various background checks
  • Must be able to work every other weekend, holidays, and on-call rotation
