The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver role involves providing support and assistance to clients in their daily activities, promoting independence and community engagement. This part-time position offers flexible hours and requires a commitment to work every other weekend and holidays. The role includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care tasks, with a focus on empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Join clients on walks and fun activities in the community
• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or other errands as needed
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks
• Help clients achieve their dreams and live independently

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance
• Must be able to pass various background checks
• Must be able to work every other weekend, holidays, and on-call rotation
