About the position

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver role involves providing support and companionship to clients in the Mount Union area. The role includes paid training and ongoing support from supervisors and trainers to ensure success in caregiving.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance
  • Must be able to pass various background checks
  • Must be able to work every other weekend, holidays, and on-call rotation
