The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Homemaker role at Regency Home HealthCare involves providing essential support to clients in their daily activities within a residential setting. This part-time position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients through compassionate care, assistance with personal hygiene, mobility support, and light housekeeping tasks. The role is ideal for individuals who are caring, dependable, and willing to undergo training to meet the needs of clients, including those with medically complex conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring clients receive their medication on time
• Supporting clients with ambulation, physical therapy exercises, & respiratory assistance
• Assisting clients bathe, groom, dress to maintain personal hygiene
• Helping with shopping & errands; prepare & eat meals, etc.
• Completing necessary & basic housekeeping chores to maintain a clean environment
• Acting quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (both REQUIRED)
