As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with Sweet Homemaker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to clients in their homes across New London County and Middlesex County, CT. This includes personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with mobility and transfers. You will also be tasked with administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals and monitoring vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.   • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
  • Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to read and write at a 5th grade level.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and valid car insurance.
