As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Edgewood, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and respectful personal care to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and dignity during their golden years. Training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the needs of our residents and to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
