In this role, you will assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Additionally, you will prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary. Light housekeeping duties will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure a clean and comfortable living space for clients. Monitoring and reporting any changes in client health, behavior, or needs to the care management team is an important part of your role. You may also accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Physical ability to perform the position's duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
