The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role at Good Shepherd Home Health involves providing quality care to clients with developmental disabilities and seniors under the supervision of a Field Supervisor. This part-time position requires a compassionate individual who can assist with daily living activities and ensure the well-being of clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance services to clients under supervision.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain quality care for clients with developmental disabilities and seniors.
• Follow the care plan as directed by the Field Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in home care required.
• 1 year of experience working with developmental disabilities required.
• 1 year of experience in senior care required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
