Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
  • Help clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements

  • Experience in caregiving or assisted living (1 year preferred).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and overnight shifts.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in senior care or home care settings.
  • Certification in CPR or first aid.
