About the position

The Home Healthcare Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate and skilled care to clients in their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, ensuring the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
