Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties (cleaning, laundry)
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition to supervisors
• Follow care plans and schedules as directed by healthcare professionals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in personal care or related fields is preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and time management skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
