Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide reminders for medication according to the client's care plan.
• Prepare meals and carry out light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain open communication with the client's family and healthcare team.
• Help with client mobility both at home and in their community.
• Accompany clients to run errands.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience or a willingness to be trained.
• Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
• Availability to work different shifts, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater.
• Comfort working in a self-directed, one-on-one environment.
• Adherence to health and safety standards.
