About the position

Wichita Home Health Services is seeking Primary Care Attendants to provide personal care and light housekeeping services to clients in various locations. This role is essential for supporting seniors and individuals in need of assistance with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs and updates.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in senior care or personal care assistance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
