About the position

The Personal Care Assistant at Savant Senior Living Management, LLC is responsible for providing direct care and medication assistance to senior residents. Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and medication assistance to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, and transferring residents to and from activities and meals.
• Lift and/or transfer residents as needed.
• Ensure that care meets or exceeds community expectations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid First Aid Certification required; CPR certification may be needed according to state regulations.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift residents and support their physical needs constantly.
• Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing.
