Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
• Monitor client's health condition and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Help with medication reminders.

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving, preferably 1 year.
• Driver's License is required.
• Ability to commute within Hennepin County, MN.
