NCE Homecare is looking for qualified and motivated individuals to work as Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in Waterbury and surrounding areas. The role involves providing essential personal care services to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal hygiene needs
• Performing light housekeeping duties such as washing dishes, laundry, and vacuuming
• Changing linens and prepping meals according to specified diets
• Providing medication reminders
• Escorting clients to recreational activities and medical appointments

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Registered and insured car
• Ability to undergo a thorough background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Certification as PCA, CNA, or HHA
