About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting others and ensuring their well-being. This role also involves supporting residents with mobility assistance and transfers, which may require the ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with residents, families, and staff, as well as for understanding and implementing home health and community care practices. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality is also critical in this position.
