About the position

The PCA will work primarily during the day shift, with opportunities for additional hours on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and run errands as needed.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements

• Experience in senior care or personal care assistance.
• Must have a reliable car for transportation and errands.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Compassionate and dedicated attitude towards client care.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Certification in CPR or first aid is a plus.
