Springview Assisted Living is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team on the 2nd shift, which runs from 3 PM to 11 PM. This role is essential in providing compassionate care and support to our residents, enhancing their daily lives and ensuring their comfort and well-being. As a PCA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with various activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You will also help with housekeeping and laundry tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents. New hires will receive comprehensive training, both online and practical, to equip them with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles. This includes following the instructions of your supervisor and maintaining excellent communication with both residents and team members.
