Responsibilities
- Assist in the performance of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as per the Registered Nurse's established plan of care.
- Submit paperwork in a timely manner according to agency policy and procedure.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Care Homemaker or Certified Home Health Aide; or equivalent training or experience may substitute for certification.
- Valid state Driver's License and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance.
- Emotional and mental maturity necessary for establishing and maintaining good work relationships with clients and agency personnel.
