About the position
Phoebe Ministries is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their healthcare team in Wernersville, PA. This role involves providing direct nursing care and support to residents in both traditional personal care and secured memory support units, ensuring the highest standard of medical care is delivered. Newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply, and while experience in dementia care is preferred, it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in personal care and secured memory support units.
- Ensure residents receive the highest standard of medical care.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and co-workers.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Current Pennsylvania license to practice as an LPN.
- Current CPR license.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in dementia care is preferred but not required.
