About the position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential personal care and support services to clients in the Charlotte area. This role emphasizes the importance of following a care plan developed by a registered nurse, ensuring clients can maintain their independence and safety at home. CNAs will engage in various activities, including personal care, household support, and companionship, while building meaningful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with household support tasks such as light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and assist with ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance.

Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience in any field.
• Current NC CNA license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
