Responsibilities
- Provides direct care support to members with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, and hygiene as outlined by individual care plans.
- Teaches and guides clients in achieving their hopes, dreams, goals, and objectives through self-direction and decision-making.
- Completes all applicable documentation related to assigned tasks.
- Maintains a safe, sanitary, and welcoming work environment by performing housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and laundry.
- Prepares and serves meals according to nutritional guidelines and individual dietary needs.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Valid state Driver's License.
- 1 year of experience with care plans.
