About the position

The Personal Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a busy CEO and his wife, managing both professional and personal tasks. This role requires a highly organized individual who can handle a demanding schedule, perform various errands, and maintain a professional demeanor while also being personable and adaptable to changing situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar for the CEO.
  • Handle personal errands and office-related tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the CEO and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize documents and materials for meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Be proactive in anticipating the needs of the CEO and his family.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal executive assistant or similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work remotely when necessary.

Nice-to-haves

  • College educated.
  • Experience supporting a CEO or similar high-level executive.
