About the position

The Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO and other executives at Seashore Equities, LLC is responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's daily activities. This role requires a caring, easy-going individual who is bilingual in Spanish and English, with a strong focus on customer service and collaboration. The assistant will handle a variety of tasks including administrative support, property management assistance, and personal errands, contributing to the overall success of the company and its executives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive executive support including note-taking, appointment scheduling, and follow-up on various tasks.
  • Assist with property management duties, including monitoring and maintaining luxury residential properties.
  • Perform light office clerical work such as typing, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Manage online shopping for personal and business items, including groceries and office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and provide transportation for executives as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation and meal planning for the office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents meticulously.
  • Support the CEO and executives in their daily tasks and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required.
  • Experience as a personal or executive assistant to high-level executives is ideal, with a minimum of five years preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions readily.

Nice-to-haves

  • Formal training in customer service or personal assistant training courses.
  • Experience in luxury hotel or high-end service environments.
  • Interest in food preparation and cooking.
