About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO in Commerce, GA. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring that the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly and effectively. The Personal Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a high level of professionalism and discretion. The Personal Executive Assistant will drive the CEO to and from various appointments and meetings, both in the morning and evening. This includes managing and organizing the CEO's daily schedule, which encompasses meetings, events, and personal commitments. The role also involves providing VIP protocol services, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between the CEO and other stakeholders. Additionally, the assistant will assist with various administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, booking travel, and handling confidential documents. The assistant will also support the CEO with personal errands and ad hoc requests as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the company. Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive clerk is a plus, but not mandatory. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. Professionalism and discretion are essential, as the assistant will be handling confidential information. The role may require flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary, with overtime compensation available. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is also required to perform the job effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary (OT compensation available).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
