Responsibilities

  • Schedule personal appointments such as medical, car, personal, and home maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with family and other household staff.
  • Plan, manage, and organize high-end events.
  • Run errands and coordinate meals.
  • Answer, direct, and place calls and emails.
  • Sort and distribute correspondence.

Requirements

  • 24 months of experience in an administration, executive assistant, or service-oriented occupation.
