Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

  • Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering phone systems in a courteous manner.

  • Support office management by implementing efficient processes and procedures to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in office management software and phone systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with project coordination practices is a plus.
