In this role, the Personal Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include personal support for executives, such as meeting vendors, running errands, and providing transportation for the family dog. The assistant will also manage business and personal calendars, ensuring that executives remain on schedule while protecting time for project execution and creativity. This includes scheduling, coordinating, and preparing for meetings, collecting and creating support materials, taking notes, and managing follow-up and action items as necessary. The Personal Executive Assistant will serve as an organizational hub, encouraging productivity and facilitating direct communication as needed. This involves managing both physical and digital spaces, maintaining task lists, and overseeing project and idea management. Additionally, the role encompasses event planning, project work, and general support to help achieve both company and personal goals. The right candidate will possess a polished and prompt presentation in all forms of communication, maintain exceptional confidentiality, and demonstrate impeccable ethics. Responsibilities

  • Provide personal support for executives, including meeting vendors, running errands, and transportation for family dog.

Requirements

  • 2 years of personal assistant experience.
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • 2 years of calendar management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
  • Strong organizational skills.
