About the position

Nissi Law, APC is seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time Personal/Family Assistant to support the daily needs of a 10-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy. This role involves providing transportation for the children to and from school, physical therapy sessions, and various after-school programs across the Greater Los Angeles Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children during their activities, maintaining a daily schedule, and keeping the family informed of any changes or updates. The position requires a compassionate individual who is punctual, responsible, and has a genuine love for working with children. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling approximately 40 hours per week. The Personal/Family Assistant will also assist with light household or office duties as needed, contributing to a supportive and family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport our 10-year-old girl and 16-year-old boy to and from schools, physical therapy, and after-school programs.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation across various locations in the Greater Los Angeles area.
• Support our daughter during her activities and ensure her safety and well-being as needed.
• Maintain a daily schedule and keep the family informed of any changes or updates.
• Assist with light household or office duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare.
• Excellent driving record and valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible.
• Compassionate and patient, with a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule and manage time effectively.
