The Personal Financial Counselor at Diamond Financial Group is responsible for providing exceptional financial planning services to clients, helping them achieve their personal and financial goals through tailored investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management. This role emphasizes building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and adapting financial plans to changing circumstances and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Developing personalized financial plans tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Conducting thorough financial analyses to assess clients' current financial situations.
• Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with other financial professionals to provide comprehensive services.

Requirements

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Certified Credit Counselor (CCC) required.
• 3+ years of financial planning experience in a client-facing role, with strong expertise in investment management.
• Proficiency with financial planning, investment management, and reporting software.
• Advanced computer and overall technology skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
• Demonstrate ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong networking abilities to cultivate and expand client relationships.
