About the position

As a Personal Hair Salon Assistant at Salon Maxime, you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our top hair stylists in an upscale Beverly Hills environment. This full-time position requires you to be available from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, where you will assist in various tasks that enhance the overall salon experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing the salon for clients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all tools and products are ready for use. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clientele. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the beauty industry, gaining hands-on experience in a high-end salon setting. While you will primarily assist the stylist, you may also have the chance to interact with clients, take appointments, and manage the front desk duties as needed. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor will be essential in this position, as you will represent Salon Maxime and contribute to our reputation for exceptional service.
