About the position

The Personal Injury Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and building relationships within the personal injury legal community. This role focuses on prospecting, lead generation, and developing strategies to achieve sales quotas while effectively utilizing CRM tools to manage sales activities and relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and lead generation to identify and target potential referral sources.
  • Developing and executing a plan to build a network of business contacts within the legal industry.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with personal injury law firms.
  • Developing sales strategies to ensure quarterly sales quotas are achieved.
  • Utilizing the Salesforce CRM platform to document sales activities effectively.
  • Articulating the value of the practice's services in a compelling manner.
  • Handling complaints and negotiations that may impact long-lasting referral partnerships.
  • Delivering persuasive presentations and educational sessions to potential and existing referral sources.
  • Generating regular sales reports and updates for supervisors.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience, preferably within healthcare or medical services.
  • Knowledge of personal injury care and related medical services for 3+ years.
  • Strong relationships within the personal injury community.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to travel for client visits and business prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
