  • Handle heavy call volume and pending claim files.
  • Resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Follow complex instructions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.

Requirements

  • Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the state insurance department.
  • Strong organization and priority setting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills.
