Personal Injury Attorney Remote

About the position

The Personal Injury Attorney position is a full-time remote role based in Denver, CO, focusing on personal injury cases, preferably in pre-litigation. The attorney will work within a team of six experienced attorneys and will have the opportunity to build case value while managing a caseload of 80-100 cases with the assistance of a case manager. This role offers competitive pay and the potential for high earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 80-100 personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Collaborate with a case manager to ensure efficient case handling.
• Build real case value and work towards maximizing client compensation.
• Utilize Needles case management software to track cases and progress.
• Participate in trial preparation and representation as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Colorado Bar license.
• 2-5 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in pre-litigation.
• Experience working cases from start to finish is highly encouraged.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong writing skills.
• Experience with Needles case management software.
